Edith “Eddy” Joy Ann Roth Hansen was a caring wife, mother, sister, and friend. She left this world after battling early on set dementia on January 14, 2025 at age 67.
She was born to Fredrik and Donna Roth on April 26, 1958. After graduating from Florida State University, Eddy went on to work for a slew of international nonprofit Catholic charities. She regularly traveled to Italy, Greece and eventually Spain where she met …
