Obituary
Edgar Eugene Byrd, 94, of Morrisville, NC died on Friday, September 29, 2023 with his family by his side.
Edgar “Gene” Byrd married Edna Weaver on October 8, 1949. The two were each other’s lifelong companions and friends. They were blessed with three children, Ricky, Denise and Jill. Gene is survived by his wife, Edna, his three children, five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, October …
