Mrs. Ebunoluwa Akinlua, born as Odukoya, graced the world with her presence on a lovely Friday in April 1956. She was warmly welcomed into the family of Pa Theophilus and Ma Alice Ayedun Odukoya of Ilisan-Remo in Ogun state. She attended several schools from elementary to modern school to secondary school and school of Nursing. Iya Ibeji as she is fondly called, rose to the peak in her nursing career and retired as a Chief Nursing Officer at the National Orthopaedic Hospital, Igbobi Lagos.
In the beautiful month of October, on the 2nd day in the year 1982, Mrs. Ebunoluwa Akinlua, nee Odukoya, was united in holy matrimony with her beloved, Pastor Simeon Akinlua. Their love story was one that was blessed with the joyous laughter of four wonderful boys. Their home was filled with the echoes of their children’s laughter, a testament to the love and warmth that defined their family.
