Earl Eugene Porter (Gene or Geno) 72, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2023 in the presence of his three beloved children and loved ones.
Gene was born on December 20, 1950 in Portsmouth, OH where he was raised with his four siblings.
He went on to serve in the US Navy in the Philippines during the Vietnam war. Following his naval service, Gene worked in construction for Local 181 in Ashland, KY and Local …
