Dylan's obituary

We mournfully announce the passing of Dylan Craig, 31, of Denver, Colorado. He passed away on December 5th, after a hard-fought battle with illness. Dylan, born to Pam and Bill Craig, took his first breath on December 7th, 1989. He was a force to be reckoned with from the beginning, earning a trademark scar above his eyebrow after moving very quickly through the world. An animal lover from a very young age, he owned many pets and had a heart for rescue organizations. He spent much of his younger life practicing and teaching Tae Kwon Do and other martial arts, achieving his third-degree black belt. He loved teaching kids, and kids loved his big personality.

Dylan graduated from Elizabeth High School in 2008 and went on to attend Johnson and Wales University and the University of Colorado at Denver. He then went to work in the finance industry and found joy and fulfilment in helping people in difficult situations.

Dylan had big ideas, great hair, perfect vision, and a deep love of the Colorado outdoors, where he spent many happy hours snowboarding and kayaking.

Friends and family meant the world to him, and we will miss him dearly. Services will be held at Christ Church in Denver on December 14th at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Denver Dumb Friends League—an organization that meant a great deal to Dylan and brought him to his beloved cat of many years, Milo.
