Dyane's obituary

Dyane Carolyn was born New Years' Day, 1944 in Los Angeles, CA to Lois & Raymond Tackett. She married at age 17 and had 2 children by age 20. She was a creative genius with an eye for color. Her muses ranged from crochet, macrame & beading to making decorative boxes. She made countless beaded necklaces, anklets, bracelets. She was an amazing cook and baker and is known for her lemon meringue pie and cheesecake. She was a lover of all that was beautiful. She loved music, dancing & singing. She loved the outdoors and spent much of her life camping, hiking, living on the river in northern California. She lived in Boise, ID for the last 16 years and relocated back to our childhood home off the Ave. in Ventura Oct 2018.
She died peacefully at home after succumbing to a short illness with lung cancer. She is survived by her former husband, her namesake Barron Kennett, sister Maureen Gardner, her children, Mark & Maria Williams and Laura & Tucker Kelly, grandchildren Nolan McNally, Mitchell Williams & Neva Kelly. Beloved Mother, Sister, Aunt. Greatly loved and missed. Forever a light in our lives. She wants to be remembered for her terrific sense of humor and as a jolly gal who had no regrets, wanted for not, and lived a good life. Dyane opted to donate her body to science and continues to contribute to the betterment of society in hopes for new level of quality of life for those left here on earth.
