Dwayne is survived by his parents, Christine and Daryl Skalecki, and Steven and Jimmarie Wilke; his sons, Cameron and Carter Wilke. He is also survived by his three siblings Mindy, Jonathan & Xye.

Dwayne will be remembered for his kind heart, sense of humor, and love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
