Dwayne “Skip” Raymond McElvain, born in Centralia, WA to Edith Irene Howard and Otto Leroy McElvain, passed away Saturday, July 17th in his home in Lakewood, WA.
Skip, a lifelong resident of Centralia and graduate of Centralia High School, starred in football and wrestling for the Tigers and eventually played football at Ricks College in Rexburg, ID and Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.
