LINCOLN — Loving wife, mother, and grandmother Dulcenia Elizabeth (Reynolds) “Delsie” Walker, 66, was called home by the Lord on Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2024. Delsie was born Sept. 29, 1957, in Bronx, New York to Robert Reynolds and Dulcenia (Richards) Reynolds Sauvageau.
