Dougie Man it hurts to hear your gone so soon brotha, I’m very thankful for the time working with you and all the things you’ve taught me. I still carry them into the trades to this day. And I’ll always cherish the time and the tool you made me, it’s retired as of today and I’ll keep it till I’m gone myself. Even tho we all wish you didn’t have to leave we’re all finding peace in the fact that your no longer hurting brotha. Your a good man and as solid as they come I hope everyone knows that and remembers you for those traits. Hands down best lead/foreman I’ve had. We miss you down here bro. Dugan, I am going to miss you brother. I only had the honor of knowing you for just a couple of short years. You had the biggest heart and were always slow to anger. Your compassion and love for others was unmatched. I truly enjoyed working side by side and sharing laughs, music, stories, and a meal. The day always seemed brighter when I got to share it with you. I am going to miss the huge smile and big whole hearted laugh when you found something funny. I just messaged you about the incredibly creative tool that Leo mentioned. I had an opportunity for you to cash in on it. Anyway, until we meet again, rest well my friend. 

I had the pleasure to work with Dugan. One of those people you will never forget how kind he was. He always made the day go by faster. The world is a lesser place without him.  Till next time my friend. 

D-Man! Was and always will be mi buen amigo (bruh). Very smart individual, I have and will for ever keep a tool he made for me while we worked together. Very often I would feed him, (its a joke matter between Chad, Dugan and me) I would regularly share a homemade burrito made from my wife, with him and he would devour it!, eventhough it was very spicy! Last time I saw him was in the summer and then spoke for over an hour on the phone. Last time I texted him was in sep. 21, my birthday, but never heard back from him. I know he is in a much better place than me, and if the Creator willing  we shall all be and see eachother again in the next realm! VIVA EL D-MAN!
