Duane Procter II, 45, of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on November 23, 2022.
Duane was born on September 12th, 1977 to the late Peggy Procter Maxwell and Tracey Maxwell in Fayetteville, NC. After attending Cape Fear High School, he was employed by Barnhill Construction for many years.
