2016, Paint Mines Interpretive Park, Paint Mine Road, Calhan, CO, USA
A day late but nonetheless, Happy Birthday Drake. You were a kind hearted soul. Someone I'm glad to have known. The first time Drake and I hung out, outside of work, he and the pals took me to the paint mines. Now everytime I visit home, I make an effort to go back. I visited last August and thought of him but didn't reach out. I wish I had. To know Drake was to love Drake. You are missed my dear friend. Fly high and may peace be all that you know now.

I was never super close friends with Drake, I met him in 6th grade. His confidence and swagger was something beyond what I had experienced yet in grade school. Even though I was never apart of Drakes close friend group he was always down for a good time and an even louder laugh. Last time I saw Drake was at a $uicideBoy$ Concert in 2019, & it was nothing short of a memorable time. May your memories of high energy, love for the outdoors and true confidence live on through others forever Drake. Rest In Peace
