Please accept my condolences,  about the loss of  Shodhan family and the Valley temple, Kadam kaka was a generous and brave man.

He was always full of life and had a can do attitude . His selflessness and courage are qualities that will be remembered and admired by many.

I can only imagine the impact he had on those around him, and the void that he leaves behind. Please know Bhavna  kaki, Shivam and Shivani you  are not alone in your grief, and that you have the support and love of those who care about you. Dear Bhavnakaki and Family

The first time we met him was in the year 1995 at the time of our marriage in INDIA, as a son and newlywed daughter-in-law of Ravindrabhai Zumkhawala and Family.... we did not feel that we are meeting him for the first time.

Kadamkaka, has always been loving, caring and helpful to us. His last trip to INDIA in March 2020 and staying with us will always be remembered and treasured in our hearts. Kadamkaka and Bhavnakaki are like a family to us and has always encouraged us in different aspects of life.

Our heartest Condolences to Bhavnakaki and Family and may God give them strength to bear the huge loss.

Dear Bhavnakaki and Family,

It has been great knowing Kadamkaka. A person, with a heart of GOLD, who was always happy and had a smile on his face, he was fond of talking just like Late Ravindrabhai Zumkhawala, with whom he cherished a special BOND.

Our heartest Condolences to Bhavnakaki and Family and may God give them strength to bear the huge loss.

We have known Dr. Shodhan for close to 30 years.  We have been next door neighbors in Canoga Park from 1995 until we moved in 2018 and have remained friends with him and his family.   We will always remember the doctor as a kind, good-natured,  gentle soul who's always ready to lend a hand.  He was like an uncle to our daughters as he took their welfare to heart with his sound advice on their academic plans.  He encouraged them to aspire to be the best they could be,  It was truly a blessing to have known Dr. Shodhan.   We will deeply miss him.

"Eternal rest grant unto Dr. Shodhan, O Lord.  Let perpetual light shine upon him.  May he rest in peace."

With our love and prayers.

Bhajan by Shri Rang Avdhoot Maharaj dedicated to Kadam. From Rakesh Pandya

Dear Bhavnaben, Shivani and & Shivam

The news of your Shri Kadam’s demise was extremely saddening.

For Bharti and me, he was always a warm hearted and welcoming person and we remember the extremely cordial moments spent with him whenever we visited Los Angeles. We are indebted to him for his selfless help. He was there always as a true friend. To be honest it has come as a shock.

So many times, we cite instances to our children of the wonderful role our parents play in our life …..far greater than any guru, leader or even God. They all are our silent motivation in our day to day life.

Some people may not be physically near or we may not get a chance to meet them often, but the intensity and quantum of love remains uniquely fulfilling. Kadam was such a spectacular example.

His passing away will leave a permanent and irreparable void in the family collage but that’s how the world runs……. Always with all of you in your prayers…

Bharti & Rajeev Rane

May God keep you under His shelter. Pray for departed Soul.

Dear, Loveing Kadambhia ( Lalubhai )   the shodhan family is very proud of you.  You have done great work for your family and brothers and sisters and community. Sun will always shine where ever your soul is. God will give the peace to your great soul. I pray to God to give strength to your family in this time. We all love you now and ever.

It has been an honor for my family to have known Kadambhai for more than 25 years.  He was always so encouraging and supportive of new ideas for the temple decorations etc. for the Valley Hindu Temple. It was because of him that I got involved in volunteering my time for events especially the Ankut event each year. We will miss him and his smiling face.

Our deepest condolences go out to  the entire Shodhan family at this difficult time. May the his soul RIP. Om shanti.

We have known Kadam all our lives. We grew up together as neighbors and as close cousins in Sardar Patel Colony. We will remember him as someone who had a big heart and true love for his extended family. He helped everyone willingly in his personal life as well as in his professional life. He was truly genuine in what he said and did. We will definitely miss him.
