Three years ago today Mom went to glory to live amongst the saints and Christ Jesus.  We miss your wisdom but most of all we miss your love, your encouragement, your light in the darkness..

Thinking of Julia, one of my mentors as I chose the Hospice path in nursing. I met Heidi through Julia. My favorite memory is about visiting Julia at her office in Federal Way at St. Francis. I was pregnant with a son and was excited to tell her I had chosen a name. My son’s name is Keenan! Julia said my daughter is naming her son Kenyan! It was such a touching moment. They did meet when they were young a few times.
Sending Heidi and the whole family love and such loving memories.

To Heidi, Brett & Bill, I know you had a good life...you had the best parents! I'm glad your mom was there with you watching out for each of you. Look at you now!!!! I will miss her very much, even though we were out of touch. I love you all and have fond memories of times you came to visit our family in Spokane. Your love for God gets you through the hard times. Be well...I'm sure that is what your mom wanted for all of you. She is with Bill and my dad now. My deepest sorrow for your loss.

I always knew my aunt by Earleen. The biggest memory I have of my aunt Julia (Earleen) was when she came after my dad died. She held my hand and sat with me and was always watching out for me. I took his death very hard since I was only 12. I remember her kind face, looking at me with such love and caring. I will never forget that. I wish I had spent time with her over the years, because I know how much she was loved and how much good she did in her lifetime. She was amazing, and I am happy I had the opportunity to say goodbye to her before she passed. It was touching and so heartfelt. She truly loved my dad...I know that. She will be missed...I know that too. Much love and respect to the late Julia...she is with my dad now.
To all the Fanslow family:

Very sorry for your loss. Julia was certainly a strong pillar of the Fanslow family. Know that she is with you each and every day and take comfort in that.

I’m happy I was able to know her and spend time with her as a youngster. It was easy to see how much she cared for others. I can see some of her in each of you letting us know her spirt lives on within each of you.

Dear Fanslow family.
We are truly sorry for your loss of our dear Aunt Julia and thinking of you all during this time. Julia was my father Linus "Al" Dunkle's sister. I had fond memories as a young child with my aunt and her family and wish we had stayed more in touch after my dad passed away in 1976. May peace and love surround you.
