Doug TARLOW Douglas M. Tarlow Of Melrose, died unexpectedly on January 1 at age 63. Beloved husband of Deborah (Clarke) Tarlow, father of Mark Tarlow and his wife, Lauren, and David Tarlow and his fiancé, Liz. Douglas was the son Sherwood (Woody) Tarlow and Hilda Tarlow.
