I saw the video of Doug’s memorial on Facebook and was stunned to learn about his passing. Although we lost touch many years ago, I have fond memories of our high school years. Sending sincere condolences to all of Doug’s family and friends.

My heartfelt condolences to all Doug’s family and friends. Doug and I were friends and roommates in both Calgary and Denver and although I have not seen Doug in a regrettably long time, I have many wonderful memories of our friendship. (Hearing a Beach Boy song always brings those memories to life.) Definitely be cheering more for the CU Buffs.

I was devastated to hear the news of Doug's passing.  He was the first friend I made when we moved to Calgary back in high school days and I could not have made a better one.  Though we had lost touch over the years, I considered him a lifelong friend and one who was very impactful in my life , and that of my family.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all !     A good man gone too soon!
