Douglas "Doug" Newberry, 89, of Weatherford/Millsap Texas, passed away warm in his bed at 5:14 pm January 02, 2023 as the result of multiple strokes.
Doug was born on April 12th 1933 to Leonard and Clanie (Austin) Newberry in Cool,Tx. After leaving school in 8th grade, he went on to join the United States Army on April 20th 1953 and stationed in Fort Bliss Tx. After his Honorable discharge in March of1961 he landed his …
