Douglas was predeceased by his loving parents, Morris Fraley Sr. and Nancy Fraley, as well as his beloved sister, Karen Fraley. He is survived and fondly remembered by his siblings: Michelle Mills, Kathy Klingler, Steve Fraley, Debbie Thomas, Morris Fraley Jr., Kim Schuetzle, and Kevin Fraley.
Douglas took pride in his roots, graduating from Catoctin High School in 1970. His love for his local community was further exemplified in his unwavering support for the Baltimore Orioles, a team he stood by through triumph and adversity.
Douglas was a man who savored the simple pleasures of life. He found enjoyment in the thrill of bowling, the strategic game of horseshoes, and the calm and serenity of fishing. These recreational activities brought joy to Douglas and those fortunate enough to accompany him.
