Dorothy Mae Moore, 89, of Portsmouth, Virginia passed away on June 15, 2021 after a battle with cancer.
Dorothy was born on December 7, 1932 to the late Wilburn and Mandy Miller in Union County, South Carolina. She was baptized at an early age at Wyatt's Chapel Baptist Church in Buffalo, South Carolina.
Her family moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where she graduated from West Charlotte High School in 1953. She continued her higher learning …
