Dorothy "Mama Dot" Howard gained her angel wings on September 28, 2022 at her home in Greer, SC. Dorothy was 90 years old.

Dorothy's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint She left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that She stayed here.
Dorothy was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. She was a master of solving crossword puzzles, an avid collecting salt and pepper shakers and an amazing impact on everybody’s life. When Dorothy wasn't working or collecting salt and pepper shakers, she could be found at home , practicing crossword puzzles. Not a day went by where Dorothy didn't talk about how much her children and family meant to her -- her family was arguably her most important achievement in life.
