Dorothy M. Binns (Bridgeforth) of Boston, passed away on November 1, 2022. She was 91 years old. Born in Boston, she was the cherished Daughter of the late Arthur and Florence (Brothers) Bridgeforth.

Dorothy was a dedicated Preschool teacher for 37 years. She also served in the U.S. Air Force for 2 years during the Korean War. She loved to travel, watch sports and movies of all kinds. Her favorite hobby was sewing.

Dorothy was the devoted Mother of April Morales and her husband Felix of Jamaica Plain and Jason Binns and his companion Gabriela Schleussner of Munich, Germany. She was the adored grandmother of Sarah Binns and her husband Tsering, Melissa and Jason Binns and loving great-grandmother of Miles Binns. Dorothy was the dear sister of the late Louise Gittens, Marion Strother, Arthur Bridgeforth, and Nonnie Bridgeforth. Former Wife of DelBrook E. Binns and former mother-in-law of Petra Binns. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
