Personal note from Julie & Jeannie

From Julie: My Mom was always adventurous and willing to try anything new. She was my 'Foodie Buddy" and tried all the new restaurants with me. She also enjoyed Halloween and would dress up as Cruella de Vil and walk around the neighborhood with her dalmatian, Dottie, looking for more dalmatians and handing out treats to the neighborhood dogs.
I will miss our hour long phone conversations. Love you so much Mom!

From Jeannie: My mom always made sure that we knew how much we were loved. I knew that my mom would support me in any way she could: with a kind note, a care package, an understanding phone call, or by driving eight hours and spending two weeks taking care of my two-year-old, my newborn, and me. She was an amazing grandmother and I’m grateful that my children were able to know her for even a short time. I will miss her stories, her oatmeal pancakes, the way she always signed her name with a smiley face, and her warm hugs. We love you, mom.
