Duane, Annette and Bryan:

I'm sorry we won't be able to share hugs today, but rest assured we'll be celebrating her life as you all gather.  I'm thankful I saw her when she could enjoy our visit, and happy she shared Baby Girl, the light of her life, with me.  Her fight for life has been an inspiration; I know her love for her rock, Duane, was strong, and she appreciated all you did for her, Annette -- no finer daughter has ever lived.

I an so sorry to hear about Doris's passing.  I loved her as a friend and loved playing soccer with her and coaching Annette.  She will forever be loved and remembered by me.  My condolences to her family.

I am so sorry about your mom’s passing.  She was a wonderful person who always had kind word and gave support in the darkest of hour.  I will miss her strong fighting spirit.   I know my words are little comfort but know the lessons she taught will live on in all the lives she touched.
