Obituary
RECORD, Doris E. (82) of Umpqua, Oregon, passed away on July 1, 2023. She was born in Asheville, North Carolina, on May 15, 1941, the daughter of Henry Edward Cagle and Julie Bernice Duke. Doris was raised by her mother and stepfather, Richard C. “Dick” Briggs, in North Carolina and Maryland. She moved west to California and finally settled in Douglas County, Oregon.
