Hello everyone, My name is Joanna Salazar Martinez.  I lived next door to Doris for many years growing up.  Doris and I would always make Christmas cookies-  eventually I grew up with the passion to bake so Doris thank you for inspiring me! I'll never forget the Betty Crocker cookbook that she had in her kitchen with all her hand written notes and recipes. When I graduated from high school she gave me some perfume as a gift and I felt so important that she took the time out to do this.  The most precious memory I have of her would be that laugh of hers.... I'll never forget it.   Thankyou for making feel like your daughter growing up-  may you rest in eternal peace.
