My deepest condolences to David, the family and our "client" village forever changed by Doretha's spirit. Her craft was her purpose, passion and gift to all who had the blessing to experience her. My Husband & I met Her and David by chance curbside of their newly opened Le'Face on Presidential Pkwy Macon in the early 2000's . A bond was created at that moment and our sisterhood established. Doretha's grace, style and confidence - unmatched . Her ability to see beauty beyond blemishes/brokeness - remarkable. A gentle, lady like strength that has left me better than she found me. With every thought of Doretha, I will thank God for our paths crossing.
Mrs. Doretha had a talent that brought out the beauty in every detail, and her kindness shone just as brightly. I was grateful for her gift and her warm spirit!
I met Ms Curtis about a year ago in her daughter's office who happens to be my very special director. We clicked as soon as we met and shared a bond. I miss that beautiful smile on her face. You will never know she was in pain . She will always tell you she is fine. She gave me a hug each time I visited her in her sick bed. I know you are in a better place where there is no more pain, no sorrows,no worries, no sickness. Sleep well. Rest in perfect peace. Till we meet again to part no more
I started going to Doretha when she first moved to Macon in Presidential Pkwy. From the moment I met her we became fast friends and our friendship grew very close over the years. I loved her spirit of excellence and the passion in which she flowed in. She confided in me when she got sick…. she was a true fighter, we prayed for healing…. my heart was broken when it came back! Her presence and grace will truly be missed! I love you Doretha! My condolences and prayers to her husband and children! 🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾
I will always consider Mrs. Curtis and heavenly gift from God. I’m so thankful for the moments we shared, the words of advise and the reminder of the importance of sisterhood. Thank you Jaz for allowing me to share a piece of your beautiful mother.
I always loved Glammy. She always was dressed, never had a bad day. As beautiful as she was it never went to her head. Being in service with her was fun. Going on Bible studies together. I'm glad we kept in touch after she moved. This is not good bye, it's til we see each other again. He will call and you will answer, hope to see you in paradise where there will be no more sickness or dying.
Mrs.Curtis was my patient in the Cancer Center. Loved Her beautiful smile and spirit even though she was in pain. You could not tell. Rest on my pretty lady Luv you much.
I’m so devastated to hear this news my dear lady. I met her some years ago when I found her to do my brows. She was always so poised and dressed so beautifully. I will miss ours talks and those forehead massages. Mannnn I’m so hurt by this. Sleep well my angel. I know you’re just as beautiful in heaven. 🌸🌺💐🌹🕊️🕊️
I was devastated when I heard the news of Doretha's aka Kitt's passing. She was a great friend to me and I will miss her and our talks dearly! 😢 She was a kind hearted person with a gentle spirit and gorgeous smile. I find peace in knowing that she is at rest and in pain no more.
