Dora Elizabeth Poole, Beloved Matriarch, Passes Away at home at the age of 84 years old

Dora Elizabeth was a vibrant soul who cherished her family above all else. She passed away peacefully at her home in Philadelphia on June 14, 2024, at the age of 84.

Born in Senatobia, Ms. in 1941, Dora lived a life filled with love and laughter. She married her husband, Harry Poole and they raised their five children, instilling in them her strong values, unwavering work ethic, and infectious sense of humor. Her legacy continues to grow through them, her 18 grandchildren, and 37 great-grandchildren, each one of them holding a special place in her heart.

Dora will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and strength. Her kitchen was always the heart of the home, filled with the aroma of her delicious meals and the warmth of her presence. She had a knack for making everyone feel welcome and loved. She will be greatly missed.

Dora is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family finds comfort knowing her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
