• In loving memory of our mother, Donnabell Louise Kinsley of Standish Michigan who passed away on May 30, 2022  after a two year struggle with dementia and most recently Covid. Donna was the devoted wife of 62 years of Irwin Kinsley who predeceased her in 2013 and the mother of Melodie Ann Kinsley who predeceased her in 2000. She was also the loving mother of Jenny (Ronald) Schwab, Charles Kinsley, Edward(Julie) Kinsley, Jane Schor and Bryan Kinsley.  Donna will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

Our mother was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her  own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Donna was a source of inspiration to us all and will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched. She helped care for countless newborn babies as a nurse’s aide in several hospitals in Iowa. She deeply loved her grandchildren Jeffrey Schwab, Dr. Jon (Clara) Schwab, Abby (Dan) Zarimba, Mia (Jason) Vickers, Jessica (Mark) Roelfsema, Amy (Jared) Davis and Angela (Jon) Ollinger.

She was a special great grandma to Andrew, Alex, Hailey and Carter Schwab,  Madison (Gavin Jorgenson) Davis, Aubrie and Kyra Davis, Alexandria Roelfsema, Kinsley and Kaiden Ollinger and Elliot and Olive Vickers.  She also had one great great grandchild Saylor Rae Jorgenson. Donna is also survived by a sister Betty Heath and her family of Wauconda , Illinois.

Growing up, mom was always there for us, whether we needed help with our homework or just a shoulder to cry on. She was a woman of strong faith and instilled in us the importance of family, hard work and doing what is right. Our mother was a true role model who we will always look up to. Due to Covid there will be no service or visitation with a private family interment at a future date. Mom, grandma, great grandma and great great grandma, you will always be in our hearts and we will never forget you. We love you so much. Rest in peace.
