Donna M Whispel age 74 of Highland NY passed away Monday March 14 peacefully at home surrounded by her family . She grew up in Saugerties NY the daughter of Lorenzo and Myra Whispel . She is survived by her daughter and best friend Kimberly Whispell and her husband Jerry Davidson of Highland .
