Donna M Whispel age 74 of Highland NY passed away Monday March 14 peacefully at home surrounded by her family . She grew up in Saugerties NY the daughter of Lorenzo and Myra Whispel . She is survived by her daughter and best friend Kimberly Whispell and her husband Jerry Davidson of Highland . She is also survived by her 4 grandsons who she loved and cherished Joshua Davidson and wife Alyssa (Mower) of Esopus , Jerry Davidson Jr , William Davidson and Aidan Davidson all of Highland NY . She also leaves behind her precious cat Peaches who never left her side . The family would also like to give special thanks to Hudson Valley Hospice , her aide Akeja Morris and nurse Donna Engle who took exceptional care of her at the end of her life . Donna will always be remembered for her huge heart and love of animals a beautiful trait she passed on to her daughter and grandchildren . This is not a goodbye ....its a see you when we get there !
