I was so sorry to hear about Donna's passing. She was such a special friend. I have some wonderful memories of Donna; we had wonderful trips together over the years— I only wish I had lived closer. We did keep in touch via phone so she kept me informed of what she was up to. She will be missed.

Rhoda,
Very sad on Donna’s passing but it sounds like see was ready to go. Mom was the same way! Her body was just worn out !
I loved Donna very much and have a life time of great memories with our families ! Growing up all the trips out to the house in Wichita , Spending time at the pools, going to Joy Land and the 4th of July fireworks!! Donna always had a huge pan of chocolate sheet cake for all us kids! I know the adults liked that too!!
Donna was such an outgoing and energetic person. She had so many friends and they all loved her! Mom and Dad always loved traveling with Donna all over the country! They were fortunate to have had a lot of time over the years to spend vacationing together.
So many memories I can’t type them all!
Donna was loved and will be missed!

I believe you don’t always need to meet someone to know their heart. Even though I never met Donna, I do know she was a wonderful mother who raised her daughter with love, kindness, joy and the ability to find beauty in all things. It is our imprints, our influences and our installation of values that we leave within our children/child when we leave this world. I truly believe Donna will remain in the hearts of many.
