I have known her my entire life--sisters. My favorite story was from a few years back when we were both tired of the expense of birthday cards, and began to share the same one. It said: "Happy Birthday to a sister who's intelligent, attractive, thoughtful, and fun to be with! (open card) Save this card, you can send to me on my birthday." Then we would not sign it, so it could be shared over and over again. We enjoyed and got a kick out of for many years.
Donna was classmate throughout my school years, 1960 to 1973. I always admired her beautiful long hair and sweet disposition. I was grateful that Facebook came along so we could keep in contact! I know she will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by her loved ones.❤️ Hugs
Much luv to Donna’s loved ones and friends. She was greatly loved.
I met Donna and her wonderful family in 1980 in Independence, MO through her cousin (and my neighbor at the time), Kathie Barr. I am so blessed to have had them in my life. Their friendship means the world to me.
I had the pleasure of doing Donna's nails for several years!! She was like family to me! Such a beautiful lady inside and out!!! She fought hard! My condolences go out to her family! Hugs and prayers to you all!! RIP Donna, you will be missed!!🙏❤
Although I don't have a specific story of Donna, her presence at the Murder Mystery party the past 2 years was hilarious. She played her roles, police detective and housekeeping, to a T! Her whit and small quips were fantastic and her "moonshine" was delicious, with no hangover! (She thought that was funny when I text her the next day.) The charm and sarcasm she gave with each role will be greatly missed.
