Donna (Keirstead) Carr, 68, of East Windsor passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 27, 2023. Donna was born on June 16, 1954, in Presque Isle, ME, the eldest of five children to the late Leighton and Phyllis (Higgins) Keirstead. The family relocated to Windsor, CT where she was a graduate of Windsor High School, Class of 1972.
Donna loved family, music, laughter, dogs and recent politics. She especially loved sending dog videos to her sisters …
