Donna Elene (Smitha) Griesbaum, 66, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017. Donna was retired after a 30-year career in psychiatric nursing, and, having never met a stranger, the many who knew her could attest to her vibrant personality.

Donna was preceded in death by parents, Leslie Estill and Gladys (Simpson) Smitha; sister, Brenda Pedigo; and her daughter, Shannon McKeehan.

Left to cherish her memory are her surviving children, daughters, Lisa A. Bennett (Mark) and Jennifer L. Griesbaum; son, Frederick W. Griesbaum (Chelsea Mayer); son-in-law, John McKeehan; sister, Louise Gallatin; brothers, Alfred, Barry, and Phillip Smitha (Missy); her former husband, Lonnie Griesbaum; six grandchildren; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, December 29, 2017, at St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church (1104 South Sixth Street, Louisville, Kentucky) with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
