Background
My mother's wish was to be cremated and buried at the Sacramento National Cemetary in Dixon, CA, where she could be buried with her husband, who was a U.S. Navy Captain. Her VA benefits paid for the burial but, unfortunately, not the cremation. I'm hoping to raise the funds through charity. Thank you! God Bless!
