Donna Ruth Cosby, age 68, passed away after a short but well lived life. Donna enjoyed
being with her family and loved nothing more then being, Nana. 

Donna was an avid Animal Lover and worked for Rescue the Animals, SPCA for 17 years. She then moved on to helping others at Abilene State Supported Living Center for another 10 years before retiring at age 63. 

Hobbies included being Secretary for the Abilene U Squad.  She was proud supporter of grandsons Devon and Cades football and powerlifting programs   and she always made sure her Kat Daddy had his favorite gummy bears.

 Donna is predeceased by her parents Andrew Northcut and Ruth Thurman, one daughter Cecilia Cosby and one sister Linda Sessom. 

Donna is survived by her Daughters April Cosby and Mindi Cosby, Sisters Kay Phillips and Mary Snyder. Three Grandchildren Nikki and Devon Cosby and Cade Qualls, one Great-grandson Katriel Cosby, plus many other neices and nephews. We will be scattering Donna's ashes at Iberis Cemetary where her Daughter Cecilia is buried, a spot that is meaningful and chosen by Donna for one special reason.
