DONA IS WITH US ALWAYS.

Our memories include  many happy times having suppers together, playing cards and drinking wine til the wee small hours.  We remember our camping trips together through rain and sunshine and on one occasion coming home to find a lake where a football field used to be.  We remember the many drama productions we were all a part of and the many laughs those productions gave us in the practice sessions and the laughs that were generated in the audience by the antics on stage - Dona certainly did her part well.  I certainly appreciated her talent and commitment in every production.

We remember our friendship that remained over the years and the distance.  We remember Dona's vibrant smiles, her warm hugs, her willingness to pitch in to help within the community, her great sense of humour and her kindness to all.

Dear Family Heidinger,

By these words, we would like to join us to you. We met two times only, the first one in 2000 by visiting you in BC with Romain and Pauline. It was so great to discover the beautiful province with you, we remember your kindness, Harold and Dona, wellcoming at your home in Kamloops, staying in Victoria Island too. It was the first step of our relationship, we stayed then in contact, welcoming in France Liesl and Fraser first, then Dona and Harold in 2018, together with Marilyn and Eric. Great time at home with a part of my family, in Lyon too. We keep a very nice souvenir and remember of Dona's kindness and friendship. We think of you. Hope to stay linked even if the geographic distance is long.

Donna was an extremely kind and gentle lady.I met her over 20 years ago when I would bring our 3 young children  (Kelsey Nicholas and Jordan )to Ruckers We had so much fun everytime we went ,and we went alot. Donna and Harold were very kind to say the very least.Donna and Harold have become life long friends I will miss you Donna as will every single person who knows you. Tim Moore
