Donald Vernon Talley, 68, passed away at his home on January 29, 2023. He was born on May 25, 1954, the son of the late Ellis and Mildred Talley and brother to Janet Clauss and Patricia Talley (Pat) . Don was a gifted athlete playing for Ellet High School.
