How you can help

Donald's death was unexpected, and his daughter, Amy, does not have the funds needed to pay for his funeral or estate arrangements. Anything donated will be used to offset these expenses. This includes costs for clearing out his apartment, cremation, a memorial mass, burial of his ashes, and a small celebration of life, as well as probate fees.

In addition, Donald's passing occurred while his retirement from the USPS was still pending. Amy has learned that it may take 4-5 more months of processing to receive any further information. Beyond this, Donald's last years with the USPS were sadly marked by long-term disability, making his status even more complicated.

Any donations beyond this goal will be donated to the Grateful Dead's Rex Foundation - a non-profit organization to "proactively provide extensive community support to creative endeavors in the arts, sciences, and education."

Thank you so much to everyone in advance for your support.
