Donald: “Fair Winds and Following Seas!” — with Dr. R. LeWayne Johnson
The last time I saw Coach Richardson. He saw me at Walmart. Immediately remembered me after not having seen me for 10 plus years. He Told me he retired and was living the good life. Traveling. He had the easiest going personality.
I am Betty Dixon the wife of the late Willie Lee Dixon I truly extend my deepest condolences but if there’s any such thing Dixon and Don are joking together about sports and their Alcorn days ⚖️

It brings me deep sorrow to hear of the passing of such an achieved, passionate, and caring Black Man. As we say in the US Navy “Fair Winds and Following Seas”...my friend.

Coach was my very first basketball 🏀 coach in 6th grade. What made him do unique is thst he also taught my mom and most of her siblings 💙 he was dedicated to Leland Middle School and all the students he came into contact with. His love and support for us will always be in my heart ❤️ Him and Coach Gray were two awesome men. You will definitely be missed‼️🙏🏾😢💙 My condolence to the family
