Donald Robert Pulfer, 77, of Chatham, New York, died peacefully at home on April 14, 2025 after having experienced a long illness. Don was born October 20, 1947 in Detroit Michigan, a son of Peggy and Robert Pulfer. He earned Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from Syracuse University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Don went on to earn a Master of Architecture degree from Syracuse University School of Architecture. …
