Donald E Outram, 76, passed away in Boise, Idaho on June 5, 2023 of natural causes. He is survived by his children, Glenn Outram (Beverly), Jessica Barrett (Toby) and Amanda Ames. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Dane Outram, (residing in South Africa), Ariana Scales, Oliver Ames and Grayson Ames, all who reside in Boise, Idaho.
