After mounting health challenges and frustrating transitions in and out of various hospitals and care centres in Toronto, Brian Forsyth died peacefully on March 25, 2024 with his eldest son Bruce by his side. Brian was predeceased by his parents Donald D. Forsyth and Velma Ruth Forsyth (née Glover), and his son Thomas Alexander (Sandy) Brian Forsyth.
