Donald's obituary

Don Bruce Ferrell passed away on April 19th, 2011. He died at RiverBend due to complications from acute pancreatitis and long term illness. He was born to David and Mary Ferrell on December 10, 1965 at Pomona Valley
General Hospital in Pomona California. He grew up in Pomona,Whittier and Huntington Beach California. He and his family moved to Eugene Oregon in 1980. He graduated Sheldon High School in
1984. He studied History and Criminal Justice at LCC and the University of Oregon. He worked in local radio at stations KRXX, KLCX and KZEL. He
worked for Oregon Department of Corrections in state Parole and Probation. He was a City Councilor and the Police Commissioner in the city of Coburg. He worked in education for the Eugene 4J School District up until he had to medically retire in 2003. He suffered with a muscle and bone disorder and went through many surgeries. He lost most of his memory due to a coma . He is survived by his beautiful wife, Jennene. A son David Dahl and 2 stepdaughters, Alicia and Alexandria as well as 6 grandkids. He also leaves behind 6 Pomeranians and a 3 legged shih tzu . He was preceded in death by his brother David Ferrell , father David Lewis Ferrell and
stepfather Paul Brown.
