Donald Dean Downey, lovingly known as “Renegade,” was born on Tuesday, June 15, 1954, in Atlanta, Missouri, to Ernest Olin Downey and Elizabeth Louise (Perrin) Downey.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Harold, Richard, and “Lil Ernie” Downey, and his sister, Elaine Hopper.
Donald is survived by his children, Jennifer Downey and Travis Mosley; his grandsons, Allan Lockett and Isaiah Downey; his sister, Linda Stevenson; and …
