Dr. Donald Sherril Davidson recently passed away peacefully at the age of 91 in Des Moines, Iowa, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, humor, and dedication to natural health.
Born in Alabama in 1933, Don pursued his passion for healing at Logan University, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He devoted 55 years to serving the Northern Indiana community, touching thousands of lives with his holistic approach to wellness.
Dr. Don was known for his quick wit, love of dad jokes, and a repertoire of timeless clichés that brought smiles to those around him. His commitment to health extended beyond his practice even into his 90s. He tended to his beloved tomato garden, embodying the principles he advocated.
A devoted family man, Don was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Kay Davidson 32 years ago. He is survived by his three children Dan, Diane and Dave along with his 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was affectionately known by his family as "Popsi".
He was a dog lover, especially of German Shepherds, Don often had a loyal canine companion by his side, reflecting his nurturing spirit and love for animals.
Dr. Davidson's life was a testament to the power of kindness, humor, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of others. His legacy will continue to inspire all who knew him
