The family of Donald “Smokey“ Charles Sr., 55, regret to announce that he peacefully passed away on June 25, 2022 after a decade long battle with Lymphoma.
After his service in the US Army, Donald Served with the Port Authority Fire Department and the USVI Fire Service where he ascended to the position of Assistant Director before his retirement. Don also served as the Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity USVI and in 2009, founded …
