Dona Ann was born in Elizabeth, Louisiana to Harvey and Ellender Burrow. She attended Sulphur High School, graduating in 1955. She later attended Western Union School in Oklahoma.
She was the widow of John T. Lee, married September 27, 1956to whom she was a supportive US Air Force wife for 20 years, a wonderful mother to four children, Peggy (Wesley) Simms, Ocean Springs, MS. Kathy (David) Pascal, …
