Don West passed peacefully on December 30, 2022 in his Cashmere home by the river with his wife by his side. He was supported by so many during his valiant and lengthy battle against lymphoma.

Don was born on June 20, 1963 in Parkridge, Illinois. From a young age, he was passionate about sports- especially baseball. He also possessed a very dynamic personality. This pairing created his first opportunity to sell various merchandise, including sports memorabilia, on television. His larger than life personality and salesmanship grabbed the attention of TNA Wrestling where he spent several years in both broadcasting and product sales. Through wrestling he amassed a huge following who continue to be fans to this day. While touring the country with TNA wrestling shows, Don discovered the PN West and he and his wife relocated to Wenatchee, Washington. There he joined the Wenatchee Wild hockey team, as general manager of business/marketing director. It was through this position that he came to love this town and its close community. He was with the Wild for the next four years and was then recruited by the local radio station KPQ. It was always Don’s dream to have a sports talk show. This job not only allowed him to do what he loved, but also to come alongside so many in the community.

Don was preceded in death by his father Charles Hugh West. He is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years Terri, his mother and stepfather Carolyn and Bruce Garrison, and his brothers Dale (Faith) West and Dave (Darlene) West, and many other extended family members.

Taking weather into consideration, a Celebration of Life gathering is planned for May 20, 2023 at 1:00 pm (PMT). It will take place at:
