Don's obituary
Don Neal Powell age 60, passed away January 17th, 2019. Don was killed in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Escambia County, according to The Florida Highway Patrol.
Born in Helena, Arkansas December 24, 1958. Don was the son of George Powell Jr. and Arnetsia Williams (Arneste Powell). He lived most of his life in Chicago, IL where he fathered one daughter Regina Marie Powell. Don met and married Beverly Anderson on April 3, 1990, in Chicago, IL. He moved to Stuttgart, Arkansas and later to Pensacola, FL.
Don Neal Powell was preceded in death by his grandmother: Eva Williams (Evie Brown), grandfather: Jettie Williams, mother: Arnetsia Williams (Arneste Powell), uncle: Freddie J. Williams, uncle: (Lorenzo Williams) Leorenzo Williams, uncle: Oscar Williams, brother: Robert L. Powell, brother: Leroy Powell, brother:(Lorenzo Powell) Leorenzo Powell, brother: Darril Hampton Sr., sister: Birth Powell (Bertha Powell-Washington) and her son Charlie Chaffia Jr., sister: Jearl D. Powell, niece: Paulette Powell, brother-in-law Perry Smith Sr., brother-in-law: Henderson Thomas.
He is survived by one child Regina Marie Powell and a host of family and friends to mourn his passing.
